Orders that are shipped outside of the Netherlands may include customs legislations. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Belfius Direct Net, Bitcoin, KBC/CBC, Bancontact/Mister cash, Sofort banking and direct bank transfers.
We do our very best to synchronize the website stock with our stock, although some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. If this happens, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
If the item is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, and the package is sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Laauw does not deliver to P.O. Box address. Furthermore, all orders include an official invoice declaring the total amount of the purchased goods in Euro’s. We do not lower the value of the order or mark the item(s) as gifts on the invoice of the parcel because this is illegal and in violation with international import regulations as stated in Dutch Law.
Laauw collaborates with Sendcloud as a partner for shipping. All shipping services used by Laauw provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. The estimated delivery time is as follows (business days):
- The Netherlands – 1 to 3 days
- Europe – 3 to 5 days
- Rest of the world – 5 to 7 days
